Online Event 'Holding Space' with Heather Plett

December 21  |  16.00 - 17.30 CET (Amsterdam, The Netherlands)

December 21  |  09.00 - 10.30 CST (Winnipeg, Canada)

Holding space has almost unnoticeably gained a fixed place in our thinking and language. Which in itself is no surprise, considering the time in which we live requires holding space for a lot of aspects of our lives. Although many people crave some peace and  stability, for the time being we will have to lear to live with a lot of uncertainty. Holding space helps to create the conditions to deal with this, in a sustainable and healty way.

Online Event - December 21, 2020

In close cooperation with Heather Plett, Het Noorderlicht will be hosting a workshop on Monday December 21 first in which we will learn about and practice holding for each other and ourselves.

This will give us practices and awareness to hold everything that has happened in the past year, for the holidays ahead that we'll have to reinvent, and also for what is coming next.
